These are three towns where the difference between two streets can be six figures, where which side of a fixed bridge your dock sits on decides what boat you can keep, and where a building's reserve study matters more to your offer than its lobby. Averages do not price a house on this coast; specifics do. If she does not know a street well enough to advise you on it, she will say so and find you someone who does.
